First Class Collision of Escondido, Inc. would appreciate an opportunity to showcase our facility and to discuss the possibility of setting up a Direct Repair Relationship Program on our site. We feel our facility has the staff and equipment ensure a successful partnership.
- Location: We are located in Escondido, CA
- Access: Our shop is conveniently located with easy access.
- Parking: Unlike many auto repair businesses we have ample parking on our property which are available to our customers.
- Our facility: Is one of the largest in the area with over 20,000 square feet of production area in our shops. We can handle up to 300 automobiles a month with a storage lot to handle an additional 50. Owned and operated by the same owners since 1991.
- Equipment and training: We have electronic estimating with Mitchell, ADP and CCC Estimating Systems. We use a full electronic management package (Mitchell ABS). We have high speed internet and use internet claims handling solutions--Process Claims, FirstImages etc.. We are trained technicians working with the top of the line equipment to ensure the highest quality craftsmanship on every vehicle that leaves our facility, Our dependable office staff are well educated in dealing with DRP Programs and are eager to establish a business relationship.
- Personnel: We currently have 3 estimators, 3 claims processors, 8 techs, 2 painters, 3 helpers.
Currently there are no other repair facilities in our market area that meets the same criteria as ours.
