For the second time in 6 months I've had the unfortunate/fortunate experience to visit your business for collision work to my automobile. I am an "outside" salesperson and my car is VERY important to me. Having it damaged through no fault of my own was very frustrating.

I wanted to take the time to express how HAPPY I was doing business with your company. From the moment I walked into your business ("shop" is not an accurate term in your case) seeking repair work I knew I was in a collision repair business much different than any I've been to in the past. The office and waiting area were clean, quiet, and comfortable. Kim and the front office staff were well organized and helpful from the time I initially arrived until I picked up my completed car. The followup phone call a couple days later convinced me all my future repair business will be at 1st Class Collision.

My "service advisor" Andy was very professional. He answered every question I had, gave me an accurate repair "time line", and in general made me feel my car was in the best hands. I knew it would look as "new" when the work was completed (exactly as scheduled I might add) and it was.

Some other things that helped reduce the inconveniences of the accidents:

Did I mention how CLEAN the office/waiting area is. This IS a body shop after all......no dust anywhere!! The restroom was immaculate. Your attention to detail is very noticeable.

Thanks again for the great work you performed on my Volvo wagon.

I had my car damaged by a State Farm insured acquaintance, and chose 1st Class Collision of Escondido based on a recommendation of a previously satisfied customer. My car is a 1991 Acura Legend, in extremely good condition for its age, and a car that I intend to keep.

I was very impressed with 1st Class Collision’s efforts to see that my car was returned to excellent condition. They took care not to install a door that was of poor quality, and the restoration of the entire side of my car was done in a highly professional manner.

I would highly recommend them for their professionalism, courtesy and thoroughness.

I had my car damaged and chose 1st Class Collision of Escondido based on a recommendation of a previously satisfied customer. I was very impressed with 1st Class Collision’s efforts to see that my car was returned to excellent condition.

After receiving a couple of damaged bumpers they saw that I was given one that was flawless. This took a little bit longer, however, they kept very good communication throughout the process. I felt they made a tremendous effort to look out for me, the customer.

My mom has also been a customer of 1st Class Collision and has been very happy despite all her mishaps on the road.

We had also referred our Aunt and Uncle who are extremely picky with their BMW, and they were also very impressed!

I would highly recommend them for their professionalism and quality of work.

I really wanted to thank all of you for fixing my Pontiac Aztec work truck. I couldn’t believe how “perfect” it looked when I picked it up. I really thought it was totaled.

I just wanted to send a quick message expressing how happy I am that you expertly repaired the damage on my car again. The first time I brought my Volkswagen Jetta to your facility was in August of 2007. The car came out beautiful.

When I was in another accident last month, I of course, called on your services and was once again very pleased with the results. My car looks perfect! Your staff was courteous and extremely helpful throughout the repair process.

Please pass on my thanks to all the staff for the recent front end work you did on my mom's (Charlene Apple) silver Honda Civic.  I was out of town and was not able to help her with picking it up but I called her to check on the status and she said that Kim would deliver it to her and answer any questions she may have.  She, as was I, was very impressed with the customer service and the results of the work.  I appreciate your patience in working with her.
